In the match 15 of Indian Premier League 2019, Chennai Super Kings(CSK) have restricted Mumbai Indians(MI) to a decent of  170 in 20 overs. Suryakumar Yadav was the top-scorer for MI with 59 runs. There was no bowler with an economy over 10 in the first innings.

Suryakumar, who has failed to make it big in the first few games stood tall for the home team. His innings of 59 off 43 included 8 boundaries and 1 six. Krunal Pandya also supported him very well in the middle. His innings of 42(32) helped to take some pressure off Suryakumar. They stitched a much-needed partnership of 62 for the fourth wicket.

Dwayne Bravo, the T20 death over specialist bowled exceptionally well in the final overs of the game. It was only the last over of the innings where he leaked 29 runs. He took the main wicket of Suryakumar and followed it with a dancing celebration in the 18th over. The game was then left over to Hardik Pandya and Kieron Pollard to finish it, and they did not disappoint. Pandya's 28 off 8 and Pollard's 17 off 7 helped MI finish on a fighting position.

Scorecard: MI 170 for 5 in 20 overs (Suryakumar Yadav 59, Krunal Pandya 42; Imran Tahir 4-0-25-1) vs CSK
