It was just another day for MS Dhoni on the ground. He came in to bat when team was struggling at 24 for 4, he built 95 run partnership with Ambati Rayudu and almost took Chennai Super Kings home. Apart from his match-winning innings of 58, he also became the first captain to register 100 IPL victories.
Dhoni has the best win percentage of 60.60 among active captains in IPL. The next most wins as a captain belong to Gautam Gambhir with 71 wins. It goes without saying that Dhoni is still the best in the business even though he doesn't lead the national team anymore.
However, one concerning factor for CSK and team India is the fitness of Dhoni. He was seen struggling today in end overs and required treatment in the middle of the over.
