Chennai Super Kings(CSK) look invincible in the Indian Premier League 2019(IPL), as they have won all their matches comfortably. However, today they face their so-called rivals Mumbai Indians(MI) in their own backyard. Talking about rivalry, there is no bad air between the two teams but the competition is always to the highest standards.
MI have not been in the best of their form this IPL, but they have a reputation of starting slow and making epic comeback. This does not change their record against CSK, which is 13-11 in favour of MI. Even talking about record on Wankhade, MI have won 5 out of 8 matches. In recent times MI have won 4 out of their last 5 encounters against CSK. You never know, the unbeaten former champions may be in for an upset today.

MI have only won 1 of their 3 matches this season and are ranked second last in the points table. This is a crucial game for them to climb up the table. CSK on the other hand will look to maintain their winning streak. A defeat today will also keep them on the top because of high net run rate. Players like Harbhajan Singh, Ambati Rayudu and Dwayne Bravo will be in the spotlight today, as they have been a part of MI for years and played a lot of cricket at Wankhade.
