Mumbai Indians(MI) jump to thrid spot in points table after defeating Kings XI Punjab(KXIP) by 3 wickets in the match 24 of Indian Premier League 2019. At one point the game was going away from the home side, but the acting captain, Kieron Pollard stood tall. He smashed 83 off 31 with an incredible strike rate of 267.74.
He held his nerve till the last over before getting out to Ankit Rajpoot on the second ball of last over. With 2 runs required off the final delivery Alzarri Joseph(15*) hit a straight drive to a fielder and Rahul Chahar(1*) was quick enough to come back for the second run.
