Virat Kohli: Don't care whether I'm going to be judged on winning Indian T20 league

Gautam Gambhir recently commented of Virat Kohli's captaincy, saying he has been "lucky" to remain captain in a result-oriented environment. Gambhir has led Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) to 2 Indian Premier League titles, whereas Kohli has failed to do so for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Kohli in a reply has made it clear that statements as such would not bother him.

Kohli has been the leading run-scorer for the franchise and is even close to reach 5,000 IPL runs. He can well achieve this landmark in the opening match against Chennai Super Kings(CSK). RCB has always been a star-studded team and has played 5 semi-finals.

RCB will lock horns with CSK at the MA Chidambaram Stadium,Chennai at 8 p.m. IST. The game is much more than opening match, it is CSK's homecoming after 3 years.
