Congress released their manifesto on Tuesday for Lok Sabha election. the manifesto mainly focuses on jobs, welfare and harmony it says Congress will be filling up of 3.4 million government job vacancies and series of welfare promise also include separate agriculture budget like railway have and Congress party pitch to guarantee a minimum income to poor household and apart from all this there will be internal security reform.
The manifesto book released was named "Congress will deliver" “हम निभाएंगे”. The 55-page document was released by Congress president Rahul Gandhi in the presence of former Prime minister Dr Manmohan Singh and United Progressive Alliance (UPA) chairperson Sonia Gandhi.
By answering the question of how Congress will counter the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) nationalism narrative. congress party president Rahul Gandhi said his party has offered “the only national alternative — a distinct alternative that is unwavering in its commitment to truth, freedom, dignity, self-respect and prosperity for our people.”
Gandhi also said “It is an action plan for the future of India. Now, it needs your support and your vote,”
